These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sadirahman.com (the “Website”) and any CRM development, integration, automation, web app, SaaS or mobile app development services (“Services”) provided by Sadi Rahman (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using the Website or engaging my Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
I provide Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, customization, integration and automation, API integrations, AI workflow automation, and web, SaaS and mobile application development. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (by proposal, email, or a contract on a freelance platform such as Upwork or Fiverr) before work begins.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, timely feedback and the access (accounts, API keys, admin rights) needed to complete the work.
- Hold valid licenses and subscriptions for third-party software such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n or Make.
- Keep backups of your data before migrations or major configuration changes.
- Ensure you have the right to use and share any data, content or materials you provide.
3. Payments
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in each proposal or platform contract. Work carried out through Upwork or Fiverr is billed under that platform’s terms. For direct projects, invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice, and work may be paused if payment is overdue.
4. Changes and revisions
Each project includes the revisions agreed in the proposal. New features or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately as a change request.
5. Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the custom configurations, code and deliverables created specifically for your project. I keep ownership of my pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and reusable components, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use them as part of the deliverables. I may mention the type of work in my portfolio without disclosing confidential information, unless you ask me not to.
6. Confidentiality
I treat your business information, customer data and credentials as confidential and use them only to deliver the Services. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
7. Third-party platforms
CRM platforms, automation tools and APIs are provided by third parties. I am not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, API limits or changes in functionality, although I will help you adapt where possible.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
I deliver the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, the Website and Services are provided “as is” without other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
9. Website use
You may not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission. Blog articles are for general information and do not replace professional advice for your specific situation.
10. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date, and I will hand over completed deliverables once paid.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless a freelance platform’s terms state otherwise for work contracted through that platform.
12. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
