Zoho One and Zoho CRM implementation for a growing services business

Challenge: The client ran sales, marketing and support in separate tools and spreadsheets, with no single view of the customer.

Solution: I planned and delivered a phased Zoho One implementation: Zoho CRM modules and layouts, blueprints for the sales process, Zoho Forms and website lead capture, and Zoho Campaigns for nurturing, with user roles and permissions for each team.

Result: One connected Zoho workspace, automated lead routing and follow-ups, and clear sales dashboards. Client feedback: 5 stars, “professional and excellent service”.
