Website and Wix form integration with Zoho CRM

Challenge: Website and Wix form leads were copied into Zoho CRM by hand, causing delays and errors.

Solution: I integrated website and Wix forms with Zoho CRM using the Zoho CRM API and webhooks, with field mapping, duplicate checks, lead source tracking and automatic assignment rules.

Result: Leads appear in Zoho CRM in real time, assigned to the right sales rep with an automatic follow-up task.
