Pipedrive CRM setup with automated lead intake and follow-ups

Challenge: Speaker booking inquiries arrived from several website forms and were tracked manually.

Solution: I designed a Pipedrive pipeline (New Inquiry, Automated Fee Email Sent, Follow-Up Sequence and more), connected every website form to Pipedrive through Zapier, and built automated fee emails, SMS notifications and follow-up sequences.

Result: Every inquiry lands in Pipedrive instantly with the right owner and next activity, and follow-ups run automatically. Rated 5 stars by the client.
